If you need to rehome your dog/cat, please complete this form in its entirety and follow the instructions for submitting photos. Your dog/cat needs to be in good health, have UTD vaccines, be spayed or neutered, and do well with people. All animals will be evaluated for behavioral concerns prior to owner surrender.

Kenai's House, Inc., reserves the right to deny acceptance of any pet that is deemed a danger to staff and/or the public.

What is your reason for surrender?

Has your dog/cat had any vaccinations or heartworm testing? Has it been altered (spayed or neutered)? If so, please describe.

When we take a dog/cat in, they go to one of our approved fosters. Whether it takes weeks or months to find him/her a home, we keep the dog/cat with us and incur the cost of his/her care and vetting. We are a nonprofit, so funds come from community donations and adoption fees, but this typically does not cover all of our expenses during the year.
